Australian Wildlife Conservancy

Wen Giving supports the above the ground efforts of the Australian Wildlife Conservancy; the largest private owner and manager of land for conservation in Australia, protecting endangered wildlife across more than 12.9 million hectares including the iconic and ecologically diverse Kimberley in Western Australia.

Wen Giving supports the AWC’s EcoFire program and assists in supporting the development of a new Central Kimberley Conservation Hub at AWC’s Charnley River-Artesian Range Wildlife Sanctuary.

The Kimberley is one of the world’s last great wild places, providing a vital refuge for wildlife and habitats that have declined across Australia’s vast north. Here, Wen Giving is working with Australian Wildlife Conservancy to support science-based conservation land management across more than 6.5 million hectares (over 16 million acres), including and embark on ground-breaking partnerships with Indigenous landholders, pastoral operators and Government. Wen Giving provides critical infrastructure through the new Kimberley Conservation Hub, supporting increased scientific collaboration in the region and enhanced public engagement and education programs.
