Many people who are vulnerable to diseases which cause preventable blindness live in rural and remote areas and for these people, access to quality eye health services is incredibly challenging due to the significant distances required to travel and the economic impost.
Wen Giving has provided a dedicated vehicle to allow ophthalmology doctors and outreach staff travel to people in need of quality and effective eye health care living in rural and regional Western Australia.
